3 Cups ground beef
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 32 oz. Can tomato juice
1 TBS sugar
4 Cup grated carrots
1 Cup Water
2 Cans cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp Pepper
Combine all ingredients and pour into bag and freeze. When thawed, heat through by simmering on stove for about 30 minutes.
