Meatloaf

1 1/2 Pounds RAW ground beef
8 oz. Tomato Juice
3/4 Cup Oats (quick or regular)
1 Beaten Egg White
1/3 Cup Onion
1 1/4 tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Either shape into loaf and put into bag and freeze, or put into loaf pan, cover with foil, label and freeze. When thawed, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
